Brian, I was looking through a couple of newsgroups and ran across someone who had a similar problem to the one that you are experiencing. Here is what he finally did: I use a 3d party cookie manager so I had never noticed that cookies weren't being handled the same. Went to privacy and moved the slider to accept all. My cookie manager is happy and I made my Visa payment, on time! I don't know if this applies to your situation, but it sounds like you have tried just about everything else. B.K.
