I'm glad my pal Bum got back to you on WFC, I was distracted today on other matters. On a TOL short, I don't see the falloff in volume that you do (and I've been looking). Otherwise, I think your analysis is solid--my guess is the builders have one to two more up/neutral days before they begin to crumble, at least for a quick scalp.
