I have no problem at all with the 1st amendment. If you want to construe the 1st amendment to say it means special access for the wealthy, I disagree.

Recall that the media thinks the First Amendment belongs to the media, not to all Americans. Media personnel have been documented saying, "we have our own amendment."

Elitist arrogance, from people who are sometimes neither elite nor even smart, except that they chose a "profession" for the power associated with it. No wonder they identify so closely with left wing liberals.
