Re: AMD's Multi-Chip Package (MCP) Flash and SRAM Solutions It looks like both AMD and Intel are recognizing that CPU margins aren't going to be what they used to be, and are moving into the "intelligent toaster" business - which may not have high margins, either, but will hopefully have very high volume. I very much like that AMD is moving into the higher margin Notebook and Workstation/Server segments, while Intel's only recent success has been to regain some of its retail desktop share.
