JDN, while yesterday's drop could very well have been an excellent buying opportunity, it was not based upon false rumour or innuendo. It was based upon the fact that Tyco paid an outside director $10mm and donated $10mm to the director's charity as payment for the CIT acquisition. A payment like that is highly unusual and irregular and justly calls into question the adequacy of Tyco's corporate governance.
