Anyone, RK referred to the "Contract Sales Force" for Pennsaid. Should I assume this means they are paid only on commission and that we haven't been spending money on them other than to train them and prepare marketing materials ? Are the Dioptic guys not involved. If not, why do we keep that business?

Dave

Hi Joe, Day 14

I got the 3 Banditos hedging $1.13mm and slowing down. There were a couple of days they did not trade at all.

Check out TK's trading.
They purchase 10.1K Friday, sold none.
They also made purchases each day last week for a total of 23.5k shares.
Perhaps their role has changed, for now, helping box in the price.

I speculate that "they" have changed the terms of this draw. Again. Perhaps they've changed their minds every second day last week <g>.

From another point of view, "they" maybe trying to figure out what the strength of demand and adjusting real time.

Currently, my initial guess at the size of this draw can be termed "chucked out the window." Shattered.

I still maintain that TK has a great opportunity at this time with FDA around the corner and a draw in progress, that they are some what in control of.

Some days, I wish I could get some control over my portfolio.

Hi, Joe -

"However, I still stick by my belief that Rebecca had a pretty good idea as to the likelihood of success when the trials wrapped up."

Yup. Me too.

I ran into a fellow DMX'r who quibbled about the info posted on the WF10 site. The essence of his argument was that the anecdotal information was unlikely to be trustworthy.

I took the opposite view: in a notoriously conservative and reticent medical community, to find a physician who will speak out about an unproven drug's efficacy is rare.

Furthermore, to find the physician maintaining the website (in effect, maintaining his advocacy of the drug's efficacy and continued usage) is an independent corroboration.

If the results from the trials have come anywhere near matching the physician's results, that fact would quickly be manifested. I agree that Rebecca probably had a very good idea.

I also agree that the price of DMX likely dropped out of the preset "channel".

Everyone has now moved to "Plan B": there is unsufficient volume, and they do not want to depress the price.

"Plan B" of course, is to sell into the news...

At least, I hope that's "Plan B"....!!

Regards,

Jim

Edit - Just itchin' to type <snort>
