As for the energy policy, I would expect Enron and the oil companies and lots of others to weigh in with their opinions. That is likely all that the documents show.

That's quite a bit considering that in the same time frame during the California energy crisis a California senator asked for access to the administration on three occasions and was denied three times.

Lot's of others...doesn't include California senators in the middle of an energy crisis..
