I have added significantly to my SUNW holdings recently. I've been wrong before, but I think we are about to begin the recovery. Techs are not for those with weak hearts, but reward sometimes accompanies risk, and I hope it does from here on.

GDP rises, Fed concludes it sees recovery, some telecoms and other techs sense a bottom, etc. It all adds up.

Sun's products enter a new generation, storage focus begins to pay off, running lean as a result of cost cutting, promotional possibilities of the Olympics, e-business finally catching hold, etc.

All JMHO.

I guess you haven't been listening very closely ;-)

Gee, if a potential customer wants to make a BIG purchase
order, then I guess Sun should actually *raise* the price per unit
(i.e., a "volume surcharge" instead of a "volume discount").

Or, maybe a better term for it would be "progressive pricing"...

After all, if that customer has SO much money to spend,
then they must be "rich" and should be able to afford it...

sound familiar???
