Log and percentage are the same thing - for some reason I called it percentage and stuck with it. The different between the traditional and log/percentage options is the scaling is logarithmic vs "algorithmic". The traditional charts have algorithms about when to change from a 0.5 box size to a 1 point box size to a 2 point box size etc. Log/Percent have each box as a percent so as prices go up, the box size changes much more smoothly.

The dynamic charts are the java applet for P&F on StockCharts - it is an applet vs the others which are servlets. They look different, but are basically doing similar things. The dynamic has a nice option where you can overlay a bar chart and a P&F chart where it highlights the part of the bar chart that the P&F chart is showing.
