re: E-Turd customer abuse,
Would like to hear more re: strange transactions.
Check this out: I tried to roll out December 20 covered calls on NTAP to January at E-Turd. Some moron executed the buy to close leg of my spread in my account and made a huge charge. The money disappeared but the short calls did not! This happened exactly the same time that the published price (natural) of the spread exceeded my limit! So my spread order was mis-executed; I paid to buy back the in-the-money calls, but didn't get them. I did NOT get the $1.40 to $1.55 per share I should have had my spread been executed when it should have. The underlying shares were called out on December 22. Some complete A*HOLE named Matt Graham tells me, pound sand, he is not interested in discussing! (I guess this crackhead flunked E-Turd option school, probably has no idea what a spread is).

They have become extremely arrogant, indeed! Customer abuse seems to be their goal.

So, please let me hear your story!

Good luck,
SAF
