Jacob and thread,
Bush/Rumsfeld using "scaring straight" tactics might temper some of the economic growth that they are trying to encourage. I wonder if most of us here sort of forgot how serious the terrorist threat continues to be? Or how many here feel Bush/Rummy/NRC statements are really propaganda for the war effort. Just an aside. mike
