No actually its none of their business. The States were intended to handle matters of criminal law and that is the jurisdiction that should decide what is murder and what is a "surgical procedure".

It is their duty to decide when a fetus becomes an independent human life.

Ann, you didn't answer my question...I didn't ask at what stage is the fetus independent...I asked at what stage do you consider the fetus human?

BTW, my grandfather is dependent on a host for his survival.
