First, I was not arguing for slots, I was arguing for context. Second, I do not see any inherent fraud involved with gambling. Are you showing a hitherto unexpected Puritanical streak? If the activity is legal, and generally innocuous, then what is the problem?.........

Maybe the women soldiers can staff them; that way, you can order them to have medical inspections. Give them something useful to do, too. :-)

Notice: I do not know, nor have I ever known Lazarus. I have never conversed with him, and I do not know where he lives. Where ever he lives, it is very far from me.

OTOH, there is some justification. O Clubs and NCO Clubs are normally profit-making operations. The differenece is that they don't embody the element of deception and fraud involved in gambling.

There is, and that's why they get away with what they do.
