Maybe someone has posted an idea or link to explain the rise in crude prices today, but I didn't see it. Any idea?

Seismic VTS / PGO / SEI / ???

Hi jim!
Yes, I dislike SEI even more than PGO.
(You may remember we disagreed about SEI 'way back when.)
you wrote: "...SEI has a worse record of making investors happy, but it's now the cheapest seismic company out there...."

That reminds me of the story about the new-in-town gambler who, after watching a roulette wheel for a while turns to his friend who has been gambling there all week & says "This wheel is crooked!"
His friend replies "Yes, I know."
---"But if you know it's crooked, why do you play it?"
---"Because it's the only game in town."

Your thinking on seismic's prospering in the coming up-cycle makes darned good sense to me, but if the available choices are only going to be SEI & PGO, I may have to stand aside from seismic. I'll hold my VTS for now & have my fingers crossed hopeing that PGO-VTS falls thru.

regards,
diana
