I have some 'serious" research showing a joining of hands in a last effort to conspire and make people pay online. There are also a number of equally ignorant people who use message boards. That collusion is questionable. There is something called the "fair trade act". I have you pegged as a nice guy with no knowledge of regulations, generally speaking.
