Clinton cared too little about foreign policy, and never met with his first CIA chief, James Woolsey...

When a Cessna landed on the White House grounds several years ago, the joke in Washington was that it was Clinton's CIA chief, Woolsey, desperately (and unsuccessfully) trying to get an appointment to see him.

He is reviled only by those that can't stand the great success of his term! Great prosperity, growth, debt reduction, home ownership, peace, wall street bonanza, budget surpluses, low crime, etc etc etc. And oh yeah after an eight year witch hunt distracting the whole nation from focusing on issues a tryst with Monica, oh well little minds can't stay out of the mud
