Dave: My first comment is regarding the selling of spectrum, for LWIN that is an extraordinary event, i.e. they will not continue to do that, therefore, the selling of spectrum should not be included in any analysis.

I agree to a point. But that sale has now put 140 million dollars in the Cash coloumm. So if you are trying to determine the "value" of a company shouldn't you include Cash? After all, Airgate's 25 million doesn't look too good with pro-forma quarterly operating expenses where the stand.

The other point about excess spectrum. It allows us to split it up and trade it to others for additional new markets. Like we did in Little Rock/Pine Bluff in exchange for Eugene/Greenly/Ft. Collins. And we are currently in the process of with NTCH/GWI Communications/Glen Ishihara et al.

My other point..

How many companies would be interested in buying Airgate today?

How many companies would be interested in buying Airgate in Bankruptcy?

Dave: Deal!! PCStel, when LWIN announces their FY earnings, lets do an "apples to apples" comparison between LWIN and PCSA.

Deal?

finance.yahoo.com

PCSA market cRap. - 289.8M

LWIN market cap. - 343.6M

Getting better. But LWIN should be much higher!

Ooops! Was that a Freudian Slip?
