07:54 ET Bush seeks $11 bln for bioterror over two years
The budget which Bush is submitting to Congress includes a request for $11 bln over two years to fight bioterrorism, a much larger than expected sum according to the NY Times. We noted on Wednesday that rumors of a larger bioterrorism budget might help to boost some companies that benefit from bioterror spending.

Dealie - The market sell off wasn't due to Enron or accoutnngi it was and is due to the continuing recession. When earnings oick up all this Enron stuff and auditors will be forgotten about.

But there is no soign oi a recovery so who on earth is going to hold stocks for Jan, Feb or March? Why do it?

Except of course those of us who still have 'hope'.

Best,

L
