Craig,OT:"superb business model". start a company, bill customers
mistakingly thru a collection company, when 'customer' calls, says
"sorry, but you still have to pay first before we can give credit back to you,
it takes 2 to 3 billing cycles(read that 2-3+ months of interest free money),
put it in a bank's Money Market fund.

Whoa-la, money from God.
