SS is an IOU program. That is correct. I am presently collecting on an IOU for more than $100,000 of social security contributions I made during the past 40 years. Wait till the boomers line up to collect on their IOUs.

Not any more. Bush has done away with the fiction that he want's to pay anything to retirees. The only one to benefit will be a certain retired ex-President and his family.
