So... pay the corporate "farm" subsidies not to grow, and cut job training? Maybe we should go all-out and ask those non-farmers to build large compounds on that unused farmland for the jobless, that way we could deliver the farm subsidies and unemployment checks all to one place, and save on postage. Is this the way to invest in growth and economic stimulus? By that reasoning, just unload a trillion on businesses that line up outside Cheney's office. That should "stimulate" the hell out of the economy. Or at least part of it. The tippy top 1/1000th of 1% who let Beltway Boys skim a few in "soft dollars", which seem suspiciously like hard cash to most of the unwashed "citizens".
