there's a bunch of hooey in that article, from start to finish -- after a while I think even J4P is gonna start laughing at these supposed exspurts --

"Enron-itis" is keeping people from seeing the real economic picture??? WTF!! Seventh largest corp goes belly up and we're supposed to look at a silly uptick in GDP and buy, buy, buy -- bankruptcies are always company specific, until it's one you own or work for.

Patron: Re: "It is really difficult to get someone out there to buy stocks right now."

Yeah, short of putting a gun to the head of customers, they have tried every trick in the book with facelifts and on repeated occasions. Now let's see how difficult it is to prevent people from selling.

Evening Patron..

I have a question. I often hear folks stating here that "this is all going to end badly."

Could you define that. I mean, for some it has already ended badly..Enron employees, buy and hold tech bulls, dotcom startups, etc.

What would you consider a bad ending? Perhaps a 30's style depression? CNBC going off the air? JPM BK? or maybe a Nasdaq sprint back to 4000?
