I guess you do get your material from Lord Byron. You even copy his style and tactics - long on scary notions, innuendo, irrelevancies and logical fallacies, and short on financial knowledge and facts. Stick to charting, Rob. And I hope you are better at that than you are at financial analysis.

what assets? I am not sure I can even count them all but I will throw out what I know. 1. Old compuserve network- still used by millions of business customers worldwide at above industry average prices. 2. UUnet (for those who dont know UUNet IS the internet). Most ISP's buy their connection or 1 of them from UUNET. 3. UUNets Dial service which is resold as by AOL, MSN and Earthlink. Its safe to say that if worldcom goes away the internet will crawl and you most likely will not even be able to get on. 4. Skytel wireless (largest paging service and the ones most Business 's use) 5. MCI Long Distance (dont fool yourself LD will still be profitable 5 years from now) 6. own 60% of the old ricochet smds and dsl network 7. 60% of Digex -webhosting Digex hosts some of the largest sites including NAsdaq. 8. millions of miles of fiber and cable 9 thousands of CO's with state of the art technology in them, Even on ebay telco equipment has value 10. Internet 2 network. Also MAE east and west (east and west coast access sites to the internet 11. obviously professional services are not part of assests but the contribute to the balance sheet.
