As well as interest payments on the money borrowed to buy this company.

Look for steeper losses from AMD in the future.


Looks like something you cut, not add when times are tough. I guess things are looking up at AMD!

Alchemy makes embedded MIPs processors? Just what Compaq and a bunch of other companies are moving away from. Maybe they are just buying the people, an old Cisco trick.
