How come QCOM was so late with SIM cards, as part of your dream??

Btw, before you can have number portability for mobile phones, you need a way of figuring out,
informing about the cost for both the one calling and the being called, before they connect.

For wired phones, the consumer tends to learn the cost, one way or the others, but it is more
tricky for unwired phones going all around the world.

Does QCOM have an "ASIC" for that??

One way to get started would be to get rid of paying for being called, at least while at home.
