Interesting new twist in the ENE investigation. Next targets are Wall St. firms. ENE had thousands of off balance sheet partnerships. These were put together by investment bankers, who also sold stakes to large private investors. They received huge underwriting fees, while helping ENE hide liabilities in the partnerships they put together. All the while their analysts kept "buy" ratings on the stock.
