McLaren is the Mercedes Benz team. They provide the engine, do some chassis development support and also own a chunk of the team itself.

The only new team this year is Toyota, although with the Prost Racing trouble, I guess there would probably be an opening. I sincerely doubt anyone could fill it on such short notice, though. There are one or two new teams looking to make an entrance in Formula1 and the opening does afford them an alternative to buying into an existing team (a decision was made to limit the total number of teams to 12, a limit which would have reached with Toyota's entry, had it not been for the Prost trouble).

Do note that the f1 site which you linked is not an official site, although its name does make it sound as such. A couple of other good sources would be F1Racing.net and DailyF1.com. Here's their team info:
