who do you think is suffering when Greenspan lower and lower and lower the interest rates ...
the winners are the home buyers with low mortgage rates, the losers are the elders who relied on interest of their CDs ...

If the market tanks, there will be winners and losers too ...
those who sold when they were high can now buy it at a bargain price, those that bought at a high price will become the losers ...

you can't worry about what is out there, you just do whatever you can to make sure that you don't become one of the helpless victims ...
