I had seen some 2 year old or so data that stated thatARM was the leader in 32 bit embedded CPUs (ARM including all the entries). I am sure that growth since then in ARM has likely exceeded the other players, but I have not seen any numbers as to which ARM derivative has the most share. As ARM cores are used inside cell phones, likely some custom chip somewhere using an ARM core has the largest volume.
