In the 1800's Tulip Bulb collapse..1929 Roaring 20's collapse and crash....1983..Technology(PC's hard drives etc) bubble....1980's---REITS..scandal and collapse.....1987...crash...1990 bank collapse....1991..Real Estate Collapse.....point! A fool and his money is soon parted. In other terms...if it seems too good to be true it probably is! Lot of collapse recently. Whats next? High yield instruments? ie, MCIT etc.
