If he doesn't want to go to jail, I suppose Skilling has to lie. He might be fined instead though.

At least Skilling has the cajones to go before the comittee and take his medicine. At least he's a mensch. I am completely disgusted by candy assed Ken Lay who runs and hides and has his wife go on TV for him. Ken Lay was a CEO of a big company, big man with his jets, buying politicians. Now when the phit hits the shan he hides. Somebody ought to buy him some pretty pink panties.
