Actually, I love frauds and scams in the public equity arena. To get overvalued sky-high stocks that tend to pop quickly, you need some underlying hanky-panky to speed things along.

The really profitable part is the J6P never sees it coming, so you can often get positions in ahead of the panic.

Pearly--- did you buy the golds on the dip? I didn't think so...I hate touting , but this feels for real , at least, watch and think about it .....
an aside--- I saw an old dude from up in our bond dep't today on the elevator--- he asked me if he should buy a stock,,, "umhh ohh-- that one that has offshore losses"... I said buy a gold stock. He said, " I never could understand that gold stuff". Ho ho ho----
He wanted to buy a stock that he couldn't recall the name of,, that he didn't know what they did, but he knew they were getting bad press, but he didn't get gold... ho ho ho
