Complete silence from GX, and I just heard Jgood ol' jeffrey skilling and the rest saying "it wasn't my fault" or the ever-popular Fifth Amendment. I would expect the same from the other companies' execs, unless by some remote chance some become profitable someday. Then they'll talk about how wonderfully they toughed it out, etc. My condolences on your family hardships. Some Fortune or Forbes article should summarize this kind of damage that's been done, and include both direct and mutual fund losses to individual retirement funds. That should massively underscore the disclosure and transparency requirements absolutely necessary in the internet age. Congress hates that, because they can't please their corp and accounting lobbyists, and it used to be constituents didn't care or understand the importance. Hopefully they'll change their minds. Full disclosure for government, as well as public businesses.
