Tench was here long before Process Boy. At one point I had to put Process Boy on the ignore list because, as a politician, it was never possible to get any useful information from it's longs posts. The only good call from Pro. Boy was that coppermine would be a lot better than we expected, at least on the long run after a very bad debut. Gottfried

I don't know about PB, but there was the famous semiconeng "local interconnect" episode. The original posts may have been deleted on that one, or maybe I just can't them due to the lameness of SI's search engine. The earliest reference I found was Message 14313664 . Management was watching then, and I assume management is still watching, just in case some real information leaks out. The other stuff that comes from those guys I assume has management's approval.
