ACCENTURE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE post 3996

We are registered in Bermuda, and a significant portion of our assets are located outside the United States. As a result, it may not be possible for shareholders to enforce civil liability provisions of the federal or state securities laws of the United States

This portion of Accentures statement i took from the SEC. It bothered me as i feel it reads there is little possibility for share holders to hold company accountable for actions. This made me wonder if it was a legal sanctioning of an Enron type of set up, no recourse for share holders.
