At its peak valuation, Global Crossing was worth $47 Billion. If $20 Billion was raised by Global Crossing, how did Terry McAuliffe make 1800% on his investment?

What is implied, is that most of Global Crossing Investors got in at very high prices, an order of magnitude (or more)higher than the prices that Terry McAuliffe did.

I also note that you did not address the fact that in 1999-2000 Global Crossing gave almost $3,000,000 in political contributions - as opposed to the $200,000 you mention that Republicans got during the same period.

"but McAUliffe's investment was only $20,000,000,000 / $100,000 or 1 part in 200,000 of the investment"

RIDICULOUS, TP! From what I have heard, your friend McAuliff was an original IPO investor. I don't even know if he did anything wrong per se, but there was not $20 BILLION worth of IPO money I am sure. Very sure. I heard he turned his $100,000 in $18,000,000 (+ 18,000%), which is not a bad return. I am sure that all is ok with you as he is the king of the democratic party, and they are pure as the driven snow.
