Basically DWA doesn't draw any trendline on the last column if the current trendline has been touched but not penetrated. I don't like that because for most people new to P&F not seeing the line implies that there was a penetration so I move it to make it obvious that the bullish or bearish line is still active. I consider this less, not more confusing but whatever. I have done modifications to DWA's methods before, this is another.
