OK then, I have much more respect for your opinion on the legal challenge issue, however I still can't help believing that with all the law suits issued, challenging the company over false and misleading statements, securities fraud, and of course the fall in stock price, it appears to me that, although some differences in the wording of the class actions is obvious, a similar defense for each complaint will "cut to the chase"

Also it appears to me in the hundreds of instances of class actions, that I have seen, that the return to a "normal" trading range in the price of the stock, say above 30.00 in the next 12 months will largely render any complaint, without merit.

Thanks Bill
