Hi Cary,

I agree with his historical recall.

I disagree with his parallel between Bush being a rich American that did in fact go thru the Reserves (I respect him for that) Certainly a high class route relative to slick Willie.

I think his family having wealth is not a direct correlation to the thieving that went on in Enron's building.

Wealthy people are not open prey for having their integrity stripped.

Too often the wanting think those "with", must have cut corners. There are plenty of people who just plain old applied themselves.

I happen to think George Bush is a straight arrow (too straight for my crowd - but that's another story). The fact that he served his country in the reserves (for a longer time frame)and has a family with wealth doesn't open him up for a mentally deranged Nero or Greedy Germanic Tribal leaders.

I think the man should be given respect for his excellence . Own's questioning attack on Bush simply based on his heritage(wealth) is unacceptable ,especially in these times.

I hope I haven't offended Own (I have enjoyed his past posts).I do believe he needs to control an underlying jealousy that in my way of thinking diminishes his own potential.

By the way, does this mean you took me off your ignore?

You are the only person I know that has declared I'm on your ignore.

I have followed your posts on many common threads.I value your posts as I view your selection process to be the most lowball in nature and supported by excellent sector knowledge.

I have a tendancy to pay 10-15 % too much before your stated values would've been reached. I have found it to be a balancing persective but fear some of your desired entries might be missed completely. On the otherhand if you do jump in you've had excellent entry points.

Hoping for further dialogue.

Thanks for the post.

Bob
