Dipy: Look! I understand your points. But, you are late to the game! I have expressed my concerns about Qualcomm aggressive Pro Forma accounting practices for more than the last YEAR!! Told many here that they were smitten with this 'story stock' and the resulting Kool-Aid drinkers!! So it's a long, long story that was told long ago! I called 3G IS DEAD almost two years ago! Many didn't agree, Some put me on IGNORE!

However, the truth is... Is that Wall Street is still intrigued with the story! QCOM's R&D is second to none! Period. I have disagreed with their constant realignment of operating segments and theologies to construct Pro Forma numbers in the past. However, that being said. I would not go as far to speculate that there is some large skeletons hiding in the closet, (well maybe just one!). Qualcomm is a pretty well managend company from the R&D side. Although they need a little help on the investment side.

There are several issues that worry me, that preclude me from rebuying my position in this company. That being the growing carrier financing! And the aspect that someday the Euro's may open the door and yell "SURPRISE"... We were only Josh'n about WCDMA... Were stick'in with GSM/GPRS and EDGE!

But, even with those aspects. Qualcomm is still Coming Into Buy Range! Even for someone, like myself, that has been outspoken and negative on this company for more than a year and half!

If only they would announce a GSM/GPRS RadioOne ASIC. That would reduce the volatility of the Euro "Surprise" Factor I still worry about.

Anyway.. Your a couple of years late.. Easy to show up when a stock hits a new 52 year low and tell everyone what a POS it is! It's allot tougher to do, when it was still the darling of Wall Street and posting double digit growth rates!

Dividends?? I suggest the Tobacco stocks!
