Wolf, Agreed. More than anything, I have to assume that REK is telling the truth when she says she was in touch with H/C months ago, and there was no mention of this when she talked about marketing plans. Could they have not at that time suggested she may want to hold off - or at the least told her then that there were issues. It is easy to see why other small Canadian biotechs are angry if they have been receiving the same treatment from Health Canada. Call me an apologist, but it smells bad to me -- almost smells too bad to be incompetence. MB
