GST, the purpose of of lawsuits isn't to make money for the plaintiffs...it's to make money for the lawyers.

Hope the market is treating you OK. Just make sure you take some profits on your gold stocks.

>>I am also positive about the prospect of slimey people going to jail<<

gst, this sounds idealistic to me. i bet 90% of the MOST GROSSLY GUILTY people don't ever see the inside of a cell. i'm talking where proof is beyond a reasonable doubt.

of the 10% that do see time, it will be for about 2 years max in club fed... just enough time to shave a couple strokes off the golf score.

you think i'm kidding? i'm not.

congress TALKS tough but they won't do JACK. this is by design.

That would be a reasonable assumption, except that the people who make the laws are slimey people, and the people who are supposed to enforce the laws were asleep at the switch. Every time I see the SEC fee on my trading slips I wonder what I am paying for.

Don't forget how John McCain, one of the slimey Keating Five, totally reinvented himself. And the American people seem to give him a total pass.
