Curbstone, "QUALCOMM-0de". That's a good one! I like that. You are right too about the advertising power of a good dunny. Commodes with QUALCOMM advertising would be great in India. Odes to CDMA! That would be a LOT better than a stadium.

If the toilets only opened by CDMA signal [each toilet could have a phone number on it to dial] it would be a great selling point! People who desperately need to use it but don't have a CDMA phone could pay the recommended fee to somebody with a CDMA phone passing by, [a few rupees - or rupoohs depending on what service is wanted].

Small business people could buy a phone and sit at the door all day, opening it for passersby who can't afford or don't have a CDMA phone, for a rupee or rupooh. They could also sell phone service.

Yep, that's a great business opportunity going begging.

India would soon have the best dunnies on earth and the best CDMA phone service too, with hundreds of millions of subscribers.

The Swiss have the best public toilets I've seen, but the new ones around Auckland's America's Cup Village are quite swanky. India would soon give them a run for their money. There could be the annual CDMA Dunny Championships of the World.

PS: To answer the objection that they like to squat, that's not necessarily so. Some do, some don't. So, have both. The squatter or the sitter. Gotta keep the customers satisfied.
