Seeing as judges are elected in Texas, that the TSC members have donors is something which should be no surprise. Problem is you think like a demolib. You are too used to watching the Al Gores and BillyBubbas of the world and you just naturally equate a contribution with some sort of graft. The mere fact that a contribution is made to an individual signifies exactly nothing except that a contribution was made, unless you are a scumbag like Gore or BillyBubba. I've seen no evidence of corruption on the TSC nor any evidence of a quid pro quo...

"Nearly every sitting member of the Texas Supreme Court has taken money from Enron"

Texas is the Big Fix. Pay them off, hide documents, or shoot them on the street in a "Texas suicide"

They can conceal Junior's governorship papers showing his dealings w. Enron and visits by Saudis, etc.

If Congress compels these documents it'll be called "political". So someone else will have to. With all three branches of government trying to conceal, it'll have to be the Fourth Estate.
