The press seems to want the public to think that bankrupting a company is a crime. It isn’t.

Purposely hiding materially important financial information from shareholders IS a crime, no matter how eloquently you may attempt to state it otherwise.

The greatest crime of all; incompetence! These are people who were paid more in one year than most people make in a lifetime. They were paid so much because the promised (expressed or implied) that they were among the best for the job. And instead of growing the company, they killed it. Tell me, what do you think of a coach who takes in a healthy athlete and pushes him to use experimental drugs/training techniques and causes the kid to die?
