Interesting how their attempt to reduce GOP influence backfired!

Dear Zoltan: I own property in Naples but live and vote in Palm Beach county (incidentally we now have our idiot proof ballot machines here). Collier county is among the fastest growing counties in USA so GOP has got to stay on top of things over there. However, let me tell you, I was planning on building and moving there eventually, but at least as of now the county is getting a HORRENDOUS reputation as being over governed (ie ZEALOTS akin to DICTATORS) and property taxes are high there. Dont know which party is to blame for that, but its local politicians not National. Anyhow, the reputation is giving me second thoughts. Anyone here know anything about Collier county politics? jdn
