I too, am not aware of NATO troops being used in Vietnam. I believe that ANZAC troops supported the U.S. in Vietnam. I do not remember any NATO troops supporting American troops anytime in the Western Hemisphere either (respecting the Monroe Doctrine?).

With respect to Rwanda, I think you are referring to Belgian not Dutch. And as far as the French are concerned: The French were apparently no help in stopping the genocide. According to Frontline, less than helpful.
