Bull, That was an incredibly succinct article, thanks. I have always believed the comments about instantly successful people but I never thought about tying it back to primitive cultures and mores. Education is the only answer, but we need to make inroads into the elite. The black balling of conservative professors is one of those untold discrimination stories. Dale
