i think you need to compare put and call with same distance from current price. i.e. compare call at 38 vs put at 36 (each $1 away from current price), call at 37 vs put at 37 (same strike, at the money), call at 39 vs put at 35 (both $2 away from current price)

simply adding up your put numbers doesn't work.

btw, that is how i calc ebay's max pain and i came to 60, not 65.
