Yeah, good analysis. But, I think if cfr passes, the media will hit the jackpot. Just think, they are the only special interest groups who will be able to advertise for or against candidates in the final 60 days of the election via the columnists and editorial writers. So, instead of special interest money going to politicians, it will go to these media outlets to influence their content. And, if Enron shows anything, it showed that journalist will publish anything, as long as they get paid for it.

Have you ever tried AOL?

What a mess. I can't believe anyone uses it. It's sold to people afraid of the internet, but it's harder to use.

I still can't understand how people confuse AOL with the internet - it's the anti-internet. In fact, many blame AOL for the slowdown in broadband buildout - because AOL has fooled people into accepting its lousy service.

As for AOL Time-Warner "synergy". Forget about it. Case really took Time-Warner.
